This warranty covers Competition PRO, PlayOn, Quick Shot and Tecno Plus Products Only.
POWERPLAY LTD .warrant to the original consumer purchaser of PowePlay products that the product be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. If found to be defective in any way, return the product along with proof of purchase, a description of the malfunction, postage or shipping prepaid, to the address shown below.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty does not cover industrial use or abuse.

PowePlayproducts carry a full warranty for 12 months. This warranty applies from the date of purchase by the first customer.This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in any way.
If the product is covered by an extended warranty, you should contact the dealer from whom this extended warranty was purchased. This is usually the same outlet or dealer from which the product was originally purchased.
What is NOT Covered by your warranty ?
The Power Play warranty for PowePlayProducts covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that this does not include consumable items such as batteries, bulbs etc.
The liability of Power Play (Competition PRO) is limited to the cost of repair and/ or replacement of the product under warranty.
The warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused (howsoever) by misuse, neglect, and tampering or incorrect adjustment. It is invalidated if any unauthorised persons carry out any alterations or repairs.
Also, the warranty is invalidated in the following cases.
- For the repair of a domestic product used in a commercial environment
- For repair due to incorrect installation in your home
- Where any ancillary equipment not manufactured or recommended by Power Play causes problems or damage that is attached to or used in connection with the product.
What if my product was not purchased from a an official retailer ?
PowePlayproducts that have been purchased from a market stall or a similar type of retailer may not be covered by the Power Play 12 months warranty, You should contact our Help line: 01457 819901 (available between 10am and 4pm, 10am - 4pm Christmas Day) or e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. To obtain service for products that are under warranty in the UK that have been purchased from a market stall or a similar a type of retailer, it is essential that you have kept a dated purchase receipt.
If your product purchased from a market stall or a similar a type of retailer is out of warranty, contact the Power Play Help line: 01706 242061 available between 10am and 4pm, for information on repair and/or replacement of the product, however, repair or replacement may not be possible in some cases.
